BE IT REMEMBERED that at 9:26 A.M. on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2019, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles

Hal C. Hawes, General Counsel to Williamson County Commissioners' Court
Rebecca Pruitt, Executive Assistant to County Clerk

Discuss and take appropriate action to conduct local canvass of election returns for the Constitutional Amendment and Special Elections held on November 5, 2019 and to approve all documents related to the canvass of election returns.

Elections Administrator Chris Davis addressed the Court.

Motion by: County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr.
Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles

Motion: To approve the canvassing of the election returns for the Constitutional Amendment Election and the Williamson County Special Election held on November 5, 2019 and approve all documents related to the canvass of election returns.
