BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:15 A.M. on TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2020, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

Review and approval of minutes.
First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the February 25, 2020 meeting.

Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District, the Pearson Place Road District and the Northwoods Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.
 

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long 
Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles 

Motion: To approve the payment for Northwoods Road District for Williamson County Appraisal District (WCAD) in the amount of $1,020.75, Avery Ranch Road District for WCAD in the amount of $1,764.25, Pearson Place Road District for WCAD in the amount of $446.50, and Weaver and Tidwell, LLP for Road Districts Financial Audit in the amount of $25,500.00.
