Acceptance of this agreement is not an actual commitment to purchase any product, but would only allow for a review of the product.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the engagement of the law firm of Howry Breen & Herman, LLP and The Law Office Of Randy Leavitt to represent Williamson County in relation to issues regarding the use of Williamson County's facilities, vehicles and property for purposes of filming, producing and/or publishing the television series Live PD or any other type of television series or production, and to investigate the filing of a potential lawsuit and prosecuting such lawsuit to enjoin an invalid contract entered into by Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody without any authority from the Williamson County Commissioners and indirect contravention of the Williamson County Commissioners Court’s stated position and legal authorityand exemption of these services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 262.024(a)(4).
