Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to authorize the Second Amendment to Contract 13RFP00101 between Williamson County EMS and DM Medical Billings LLC, to outline the role and responsibility to handle COVID-19 related accounts under the Terms & Conditions of the CARES Act Provider Relief Funds. The Second Amendment would allow a percentage of reimbursement to the Third Party Agency (TPA) for tracking and reporting disallowed insurance amounts not pursued by the TPA.

The Second Amendment would allow a percentage of reimbursement to the Third Party Agency (TPA) for tracking and reporting disallowed insurance amounts not pursued by the TPA.

Motion: To instruct Howry Breen & Herman, LLP and the law office of Randy Leavitt to file a lawsuit against Robert Chody, in his official capacity as Williamson County Sheriff and in his individual capacity, in relation to his unauthorized acts of contracting with Big Fish Entertainment, LLC for the use Williamson County facilities, vehicles and property for the purpose of filming, producing and/or publishing a television series named Live PD; and to further authorize the joinder of any necessary parties and the addition of any other claims that may become necessary in the future.
