BE IT REMEMBERED that at (1:07) P.M. on FRIDAY, MAY 1, 2020, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on creating an economic development program pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 381 in order to stimulate, encourage and develop business location and commercial activity in Williamson County, Texas that has become necessary due to the impact Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic; to include, but not be limited to making loans and grants of public money and providing personnel and services of the Williamson County, Texas for such economic development program and contracting for the administration of the economic development program.

Motion: To approve the "Wilco Forward COVID-19 Small Business Grant Program - Phase I" with the following changes as noted: if sole proprietor add "average monthly amount" of 2019 net income; delete "Grant amount to grantee will be reduced by the amount received by local organization (ie. Round Rock Cares grant, Chambers of Commerce grants, City grants)"; for Hobby businesses add " as defined by federal law"; change "An employer" to "individual"; and add " A business that is otherwise prohibited by federal law".
