BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:43 A.M. on TUESDAY, JUNE 16, 2020, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the May 19, 2020 meeting.

Discuss and take appropriate action on the Avery Ranch Road District, the Pearson Place Road District and the Northwoods Road District including, but not limited to payment of bills.

Motion: To approve payment to Williamson Central Appraisal District for the 3rd quarter for Avery Ranch in the amount of $1,764.25, Pearson Place Road District $446.50 and Northwoods Road District in the amount of $1,020.75.
