First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.  County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. abstained in regard to payment of invoices for James Construction (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Vaccination Administration Agreement for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Vaccinations between Williamson County and Family Emergency Room, LLC; and exempting the procurement of such services from the competitive bidding requirements pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024(a)(2) - an item necessary to preserve the health and safety of the residents of Williamson County.
