MINUTES OF THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT MEETING
JANUARY 1, 2021

BE IT REMEMBERED that at 12:10 P.M. on FRIDAY, JANUARY 1, 2021, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.
 

Motion by: Commissioner Precinct 1 Terry Cook 
Second by: Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey 

Motion: To authorize the payment of bills totaling $3,175,989.13 from the computer printout, Addendum, Wire Transfer, Quick Check Report, Electronic Benefit Payments, and Wilco Forward Program - Phase 3 Payments from the proper line items, if found by the County Auditor to be legal expenses as appropriated in the County Budget.

Jim Dillon of Liberty Hill addressed the Court.  No action was taken on this item.

The Consent Agenda includes non-controversial and routine items that the Court may act on with one single vote. The Judge or a Commissioner may pull any item from the consent agenda in order that the court discuss and act upon it individually as part of the Regular Agenda.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action approving Official Bond and Oath of newly Elected Officials of Williamson County, Texas.

Motion: To approve the Official Bonds and Oaths of newly Elected Officials of Williamson County, Texas.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the applications for authority to appoint employees from Elected Officials of Williamson County who were newly elected on November 3, 2020, pursuant to Subchapter A of Local Government Code Chapter 151.

Motion: To approve the applications for authority to appoint employees from Elected Officials of Williamson County who were newly elected on November 3, 2020, pursuant to Subchapter A of Local Government Code Chapter 151.

Motion: To approve compensation changes, position title changes, position grade changes and any corresponding line item transfers with a correction to 0570 Corrections Position Control Number (PCN) 0573 Earliest Oracle Effective Date from "1/2/2021" to "1/1/2021".

Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action to approve Second Amendment to Administrative Services Agreement with WebTPA Employer Services, LLC in order to support county's indigent health program operations and exempting services through August 31, 2021 from competitive bidding or proposal requirements pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code Chapter 262.2 ("public health or safety").
