Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the appointment of Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, Angel Gomez, with general authority to approve invoices and change orders for the Juvenile Justice Center RTU Replacement Project (P533) for any increase or decrease in cost of $30,000 or less in accordance with Section 262.031 of the Local Government Code; changes in Plans and Specifications; provided, however, the original contract price may not be increased by more than 25% and the original contract price may not be decreased by 18% or more without the consent of the contractor.
