BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:16 A.M. on TUESDAY, APRIL 20, 2021, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held pursuant to V.A.C.S. article 6702-1, acting as ex-officio Road Commissioners of their respective precincts, with the following being present, to wit:

Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the Minutes of the March 16, 2021.

Receive, review and discuss the Fiscal Year 2020 Avery Ranch, Pearson Place, Northwoods, and Somerset Hills #4 Road Districts Annual Financial Report. Take any appropriate action as deemed necessary regarding the same.

Motion: To accept the Fiscal Year 2020 Avery Ranch, Pearson Place, Northwoods, and Somerset Hills Road Districts Annual Financial Reports.

Motion: To approve the payment of invoices for Avery Ranch Road District, the Pearson Place Road District, the Northwoods Road District and the Somerset Hills Road District.
