BE IT REMEMBERED that at 5:07 P.M. on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2021, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

The Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas and the City of Taylor City Council will meet in a Joint Special Called Public Session and Meeting at the above-referenced Public Meeting Place on the Date and Time set out above. At such meeting, the members of the Williamson County Commissioners Court and the City of Taylor City Council may deliberate, discuss, consider, receive information, and/or take action upon the matters referenced in this Notice of Public Meeting in accordance with Chapter 551, Texas Government Code.

Williamson County – Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of holding a Special Session of the Williamson County Commissioners Court jointly with the City of Taylor City Council, at the Taylor ISD Event Center, 3101 N Main Street, Taylor, Texas, on this 8th day of September, 2021 in order to discuss, consider, receive information, and/or take action upon the matters referenced in this Notice.

Motion: To hold a Special Session of the Williamson County Commissioners Court jointly with the City of Taylor City Council, at the Taylor Independent School District (ISD) Event Center, 3101 North Main Street, Taylor, Texas, on this 8th day of September, 2021 in order to discuss, consider, receive information, and/or take action upon the matters referenced in this Notice.

Williamson County – Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a resolution to support Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC’s selection of Williamson County as the location of its semiconductor plant; on a Chapter 381 Economic and Development Program Agreement and Development Agreement with Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC; and to authorize the County Judge to execute such resolution and agreements.

Motion: To approve a resolution to support Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC’s selection of Williamson County as the location of its semiconductor plant on a Chapter 381 Economic and Development Program Agreement and Development Agreement with Samsung Austin Semiconductor, LLC and to authorize the execution of the resolution and agreements.
