Review and approval of minutes.

Motion: To approve the minutes of the December 21, 2021 meeting, with an amendment to a motion by Commissioner Long on agenda item #46 to read as follows:
"To grant $3,738,000.00 in Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funds to Leander Independent School District, conditioned upon the following: 1). The money must be used for reimbursement of the eligible line items provided to the County Treasurer with no substitutions; and 2). The District follow their approved process and that District staff report to the Leander Independent School District Board of Trustees at a Board meeting and make available on the District's website no later than April 30, 2022 the full and complete results of the Local Review Process (or whatever the right name is for removal from all digital and main campus libraries) to be submitted by community members or parents of the (11) books that were removed through the District's approved Community Curriculum Advisory Committee (CCAC) process."

First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.
