Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding acceptance of a donation of $142,800.00  to the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter from the Walinski Revocable Trust to be used for Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter purposes (Pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code § 81.032); and authorize the Williamson County Judge to execute any necessary documentation in order to receive the donation.
