Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.  County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. abstained in regard to invoices for James Construction (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Comments from Commissioners.
Commissioner Cynthia Long updated the court that the San Gabriel Fire is about 90% contained, and that 30 agencies have responded from across the nation.
County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. thanked the men and women who have been fighting the San Gabriel Fire, and updated the court on 2 new fires that broke out in Jarrell and Coupland, and clarified that the San Gabriel Fire is still an active fire.
