Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley addressed the Court.  County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. abstained in regard to payment to invoices for James Construction (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action for Veteran Services to pursue a grant with the Texas Veterans Commission which will assist Veterans in Williamson County who are in need of emergency financial assistance and are unable to physically drive themselves to their VA appointments.

Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the renewal agreements (agreement #202316) between WINTECH, LLC and Williamson County for annual Alice Receptionist Enterprise Software for the two systems being used, for a three (3) year contract for $5,089.80 to be paid each year for the unit located in the downstairs office, and $5,617.80 to be paid each year for the unit located in the upstairs office, for a total of $32,122.80 for three (3) years, under Texas Gov't Code 262.024(a)(7)(D) [Captive Replacement Parts or Component for Equipment], and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on extending the Professional Services Agreement #202309, with Adam Barta, M.D. for Medical Services at the Williamson County Jail for the annual amount of $96,509.40 for the term of October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023, and exempting this service from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Sec. 2254.002 (2)(A)(v) Medicine, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
