BE IT REMEMBERED that at 9:35 A.M. on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2023, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

REGULAR AGENDA
 
1.
Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action relating to Infrastructure and Capital Improvement Projects.

Motion by: County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. 
Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles 

Motion: To approve setting a budget of $117,000,000.00 for a county Headquarters (HQ) (Administrative) building to be funded with 2021 Tax Anticipation Notes (TANS) funds; an additional $97,000,000.00 for Juvenile Services expansion; and authorize staff to bring back to Court the necessary items to issue an additional $150,000,000.00 in Tax Anticipation Notes (TANS) funds this year and 2023, and that the balance of those Tax Anticipation Notes (TANS) funds will be used to complete the 2019 road projects, along with additional right-of-way needs.

Motion by: County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. 
Second by: Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles 

Motion: To amend the previous motion to set aside $90,000,000.00 for a County Administrative (Headquarters) building to be funded with 2021 Tax Anticipation Notes (TANS) funds and that Commissioner Long and Judge Gravell would work with the architects and engineers to see how they can lower the cost to get it at $90,000,000.00 or below; to approve $77,100,000.00 for building phases A, B and D for Juvenile Services, with an additional $5,000,000.00 for the roof replacement, for a total of $82,100,000.00
