Hear County Auditor concerning invoices, bills, Quick Check Report, wire transfers and electronic payments submitted for payment and take appropriate action including, but not limited to approval for payment provided said items are found by the County Auditor to be legal obligations of the county.
Payroll/Operations Manager Nathan Zinsmeyer addressed the Court.
County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. abstained in regard to payment to invoices for James Construction (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Under provisions of Texas Government Code Section 791.001 and Texas Property Tax Code Section 6.21, the County through its Tax Assessor/Collector shall serve as the Jurisdiction for ad valorem tax purposes for those properties stated in the Tax Collection Agreement. The original documents of the Tax Collection Agreement with the Rancho Del Cielo Municipal Utility District requires the County Judge's signature as well as the County Tax Assessor/Collector. The original documents have been signed by the County Tax Assessor/Collector and are being sent via interdepartmental mail to the County Judge's office indicating the location for his signature. Please return all signed original documents to the Tax Assessor/Collector's office for further distribution.
