County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. abstained in regard to payment to invoices for James Construction (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Motion:To approve the billing structure for non-county dispatched agencies shared cost plan, including the following:

  1. Charge of $25.14 per call
  2. Call volume for the purpose of FY23-24 billing will be captured during the period of October 1, 2023 – March 31, 2024
  3. Agencies that seek to join Williamson County dispatch as a newly dispatched agency will have their call volume estimated based upon a similarly situated agency
  4. A one-time set up fee for new agencies will be assessed
  5. Mutual aid calls will not be separated out but will be included in the total for the responding agency.
