BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:25 A.M. on TUESDAY, AUGUST 15, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to wit:

Discuss, consider and take action regarding an Order authorizing the issuance of Somerset Hills Road District No. 3 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2023; Levying an ad valorem tax in support of the bonds; approving an official statement; authorizing the execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement with a Blanket Issuer Letter of Representation and a Bond Purchase Agreement; and authorizing other matters related to the issuance of the bonds.
President of Specialized Public Finance Garry Kimball addressed the Court.

Motion:To authorize the issuance of Somerset Hills Road District No. 3 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2023; Levying an ad valorem tax in support of the bonds; approving an official statement; authorizing the execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement with a Blanket Issuer Letter of Representation and a Bond Purchase Agreement; and authorizing other matters related to the issuance of the bonds.
