BE IT REMEMBERED that at 12:28 P.M. on TUESDAY, AUGUST 29, 2023, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to wit:

Motion:To increase the property tax rate by the adoption of a tax rate of 0.2900 per $100 valuation, which is effectively a 5.659% increase in the tax rate for Somerset Hills Road District #4.
