Payroll/Operations Manager Nathan Zinsmeyer addressed the Court.
County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. abstained in regard to payment to invoices for James Construction (Conflict of Interest Affidavit attached).

Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action on approving Amendment #2 for Jail Inmate Food Services contract #21RFP4 between Aramark Correctional Services, LLC and Williamson County to authorize price increase to provide jail inmate food service pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code 262.024(a)(8) and 351.001, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract with an increase in the per-meal price detailed in the attached spreadsheet.  Pricing shall be effective November 23, 2023 through November 22, 2024.

Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long congratulated Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey for gaining a daughter-in-law and granddaughter within a 24 hour period.

County Judge Bill Gravell, Jr. asked those in attendance if anyone had personally received a wrong ballot in the G.I.S.D., and noted that not one person raised their hand or said that they had received the wrong ballot style.
