BE IT REMEMBERED that at 9:33 A.M. on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2023, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Payroll/Operations Manager Nathan Zinsmeyer addressed the Court.
