Comments from Commissioners.
 

Commissioner Precinct 1 Terry Cook remembered the victims of the violence at the Round Rock Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday evening, and expressed her hope that there will be enough witnesses coming forward to help find the person responsible.

County Judge Bill Gravell Jr. expressed his thanks to the City of Round Rock, the Sheriff's Department, Round Rock Police Chief Banks, Round Rock Mayor Morgan, our EMS Department and everyone else who responded so quickly in response to this horrible situation, pledging all necessary resources to assist.

Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey expressed agreement with everything already said, and sorrow over the loss of one of our county commissioner staff members, Tammy Smith, last week, which led to the abbreviated Commissioners Court session last week.

Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles expressed his sorrow, saying that Round Rock Mayor Craig Morgan's words captured his thoughts as well.
