Williamson County, Texas, et al.; In the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, per the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Release, including the total settlement amount of $1.25 million, with the following payment breakdown between the County and the insurance:

$824,680 Travelers (primary LEL carrier)
$75,000 QBE (excess LEL carrier) 
$350,320 County

and to authorize payment by Williamson County in the amount of $425,320, with $75,000 of that amount to be reimbursed by Williamson County’s excess insurance carrier, QBE Insurance Group; and to authorize the presiding officer of the Commissioners Court to execute settlement documents, if any, as approved to form by General Counsel and/or outside counsel.
