Motion:On Agenda Item 55.d.1, to approve the settlement of a claim arising from a vehicle collision incident occurring on or about February 17, 2024 at or near 3417 Sam Bass Road, Round Rock, TX 78681 upon execution of a full release of claims by the claimant, as follows: a. to Westlake Financial for the vehicle loan balance in the amount of $10,198.79; and b. the remainder settlement amount to Claimant Juan Carlos Gomez-Jaramillo in the amount of $6,015.21, and to authorize the presiding officer of the Commissioners Court to execute settlement documents, if any, approved as to form by General Counsel.
