The change Order for a fifty (50) daytime extension is attributed to Brandt's lead-time delays regarding the fan motor, which was approved by Williamson County Facilities Project Manager, Thomas Crockett, pursuant to the Commissioners Court's prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031.
