Motion:To approve the final plat for the Cascade Phase 1 Subdivision with the understanding that Williamson County will not accept the roadways in the subdivision into Williamson County’s Road System for maintenance and authorize the County Judge to strike the language in the last sentence of the plat notes above the County Judge’s signature block which states “before the streets in the subdivision have finally been accepted for maintenance by the county.” and in the paragraph above strike “other than those draining or protecting the road system and streets”; and insert “The Commissioners Court of Willimson County assumes no obligation to maintain any of the streets, roads or other thoroughfares within this subdivision plat.” – Precinct 2.
