Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles congratulated the Texas State Bobcats on joining the PAC 12 Conference, and wished everyone a happy and safe 4th of July.

Commissioner Precinct 1 Terry Cook congratulated all the county departments and individuals who have recently received awards and public recognition, and mentioned that the county now has an awards page on the website to read about all the great work.
