BE IT REMEMBERED that at 10:32 A.M. on FRIDAY, JULY 11, 2025, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Deliberate, discuss, consider, receive information and take any appropriate action on public health and safety-related matters, issues, business and concerns resulting from or pertaining to the severe flooding event experienced in Williamson County, Texas on July 5, 2025, including but not limited to:
- The extension of the Order Declaring a Local State of Disaster for Williamson County, Texas, proclaimed and adopted by Williamson County Judge Steven Snell on July 5, 2025.
- Compensation for salaried exempt employees pursuant to Section IV. Catastrophic Event Pay of the Budget Order and Section 02.05 (Overtime) of the Employee Policy Manual.
- Debris management and disposal.

Motion:To approve a sixty (60) day extension of the Order Declaring a Local State of Disaster for Williamson County, Texas, proclaimed and adopted by Williamson County Judge Steven Snell on July 5, 2025.
