Motion:To approve the tender of an offer of employment to T. W. Dieckmann to fill the position of Senior Director of Parks & Recreation with a salary of $155,000.00 with a hire date of October 10, 2025, and using succession planning funding available within the parks department budget to cover three weeks and one day of shadowing as well as any paid leave.
