BE IT REMEMBERED that at 11:33 A.M. on TUESDAY, October 21, 2025, a REGULAR SESSION of the Commissioners Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to wit:

Motion:To approve the minutes of the September 16, 2025 Road District Meeting.

Discuss, consider and take action to approve payment to GTB Development, Inc. for reimbursement of expenses related to the construction of roadways and roadway improvements in Highland Village Phases I and II within the Somerset HIlls Road District No. 3 in the amount of $1,772,509.87.

Motion:To approve payment to GTB Development, Inc. for reimbursement of expenses related to the construction of roadways and roadway improvements in Highland Village Phases I and II within the Somerset HIlls Road District No. 3 in the amount of $1,772,509.87.
