County Judge Steven Snell recently kicked off the Red, White and You Veterans Job Fair, attended Zion Lutheran Church's Wurstbraten in Walburg, and attended a ribbon cutting for the new elementary school in Hutto.

Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long asked for prayers for the Gattis family, and recognized former County Judge Dan Gattis as a true Texas gentleman.

Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey remembered former County Judge Gattis for his honor and leadership.
