Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to rescind the action approving Item No. 14 of the Williamson County Commissioners Court Session held on January 27, 2026; and take appropriate action supplanting the prior action with the approval of an Order for Interment by cremation of the deceased (Kenda Theresa Sailing) who passed away in Williamson County, Texas, where the County has discretion to inter, pursuant to Tex. Health & Safety Code § 711.002(e), and authorize Beck Funeral Home to move forward with interment.
