Motion:To approve the Williamson County Local Alcohol Distance Regulations to enact regulations applicable in the unincorporated area of Williamson County, Texas prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages within 300 feet of churches, public or private schools, and public hospitals in accordance with Texas Alcohol Beverage Code Section 109.33, or within 1,000 feet of a public school, if the Commissioners Court receives and approves a request from a school district under Section 38.007, Texas Education Code.

Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey thanked everyone for their comments, mentioned that Commissioners Court will not be meeting on March 17, and that there will be an item on the March 24 Commissioners Court Agenda to allow discussion of election concerns.

Commissioner Precinct 4 Russ Boles thanked everyone for expressing their concerns about elections. He also thanked all the election workers and volunteers for their efforts in the primary.

County Judge Steven Snell thanked all the election workers for their efforts, and reminded everyone of the need to keep agenda item comments to items on the Agenda.
