- Jennifer Tompkins from the Capay Valley General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board.
- Willard Ingraham from the Dunnigan County Service Area and the Dunnigan General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board. (Passed away)
C. Approve the following reappointments:
- Judith Redmond to the Capay Valley Fire Protection District for a term ending September 1, 2025.
- Barry Burns to the Esparto Fire Protection District for a term ending September 1, 2025.
