Recommended Action

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
The Regents of the University of California on behalf of the Davis Campus Center for Human Services Continuing and Professional Education has developed a human and social services training program that meets training requirements mandated by the California Department of Social Services in the areas of fraud, income eligibility verification, overpayments, and child welfare core knowledge. These trainings are critical for social services staff and ensure the Agency meets its mandated training requirements.
Approval of this agreement will ensure the County has a training program in place to meet the state-mandated training requirements.
