Reason for Recommended Action/Background
Madsen Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc. completed the roof improvement project for the Sheriff Administration and Morgue, at 140 Tony Diaz Drive, Woodland, on March 22,2022 in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. The Board of Supervisors acceptance of the work, and authorization for the Director of General Services to record the Notice of Completion (Attachment A), will allow the Project to be closed out and final payment be made to the contractor. Additional background information on the project can be found in the last document submitted to the Yolo County Board of Supervisors on September 28, 2021 (Attachment B).
