Reason for Recommended Action/Background
At the September 13, 2022 meeting of the Board of Supervisors, the Board requested staff return with a recommendation for which Board Subcommittee should address a long-term funding strategy for Tuli Mem Park operations and maintenance to include contribution from the Western Yolo Recreation Center Association (WYORCA) Endowment. Staff recommends that the Committee on Capital Investments (CCI) address this issue, as the purpose of the CCI per the Committee Charter is to assist "...with the policy, political, and fiscal issues associated with major projects." Tuli Mem Park is a county facility.
