Accept resignations, consider appointments and reappointments.

Accept the following resignation:
1. Mary Yaussy from the Davis Cemetery District
Acknowledge and thank the following for their service:
1. Gloria Partida from the Yolo County Housing Commission. (change in reps)
Approve the following appointments:
1. Esther Vasquez to the Library Advisory Board representing District 5 for a term ending January 31, 2026.
2. Bapu Vaitla to the Yolo County Housing Commission as the City of Davis representative for a term ending October 31, 2024.
3. Sean Colon to the Yolo County Law Library Board of Trustees for a term ending January 2024.
Approve the following re-appointments:
1. Charles Mack and Hope Welton to the Yolo County Law Library Board of Trustees for terms ending January 2024.
2. James Bohon to the Commission on Aging & Adult Services representing District 5 for a term ending January 30, 2025.
3. Ximena Diez-Jackson to the Health Council representing District 2 for a term ending January 31, 2025.
4. Elisabeth Dubin to the Planning Commission representing District 2 for a term ending January 31, 2027.
5. Sigrid Asmundson to the Countywide Successor Agency Oversight Board of Yolo County as the member of the public for a term ending June 30, 2024.
