Accept resignations, consider appointments and reappointments.

Recommended Action

A. Remove the following:
  1. Matt Hemly from Reclamation District No. 150 (passed away)
B. Accept the following resignations:
  1. Dolores D. Olivarez from the Commission on Aging and Adult Services.
  2. Kazys Shukis from the Parks, Recreation & Wildlife Advisory Committee.
  3. Sallie Houston from the Transportation Advisory Committee.
C. Approve the following appointments:
  1. Anthony Ambrosino as the primary representative to the Emergency Medical Care Committee representing ER Physician (Category C) for a term ending January 31, 2024.
  2. Carlos Pena as the alternate representative to the Emergency Medical Care Committee representing ER Physician (Category C) for a term ending January 31, 2024.
  3. Kazys Shukis to the Aviation Advisory Committee representing District 1 for a term ending December 31, 2025.
  4. Dolores (Dee) Olivarez to the Local Mental Health Board representing District 1 for a term ending January 31, 2026.
  5. Donald B. Sharp to the Assessment Appeals Board as a permanent member for a term ending September 6, 2026.
  6. John Lynch to the Assessment Appeals Board as an alternate member for a term ending September 1, 2024.
  7. Jocelyn Lopez to the Community Services Action Board as a low-income representative for a term ending December 31, 2026.
  8. Gail Jankowski to the Davis Cemetery District for a term ending January 4, 2027.
  9. Elaine Lytle to the Knights Landing Cemetery District for a term ending January 6, 2025.
  10. David L. Barton to the Knights Landing Cemetery District for a term ending January 4, 2027.
  11. Colin Bettis to the Winters Fire Protection District for a term on December 31, 2025.
D. Approve the following re-appointments:
  1. Lawrence Hoppin to the Yolo County Assessment Appeals Board as a permanent representative for a term ending September 6, 2026.
  2. Chris White to the Yolo County Climate Action Commission as the Category C representative for a term ending on August 29, 2025.
  3. Nathalie Mvondo to the Yolo County Climate Action Commission as the Category E representative for a term ending on August 29, 2025.
  4. Giacomo Moris to the Esparto General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2025.
  5. Mitch Roath to the Esparto Fire Protection District for a term ending September 1, 2027.
  6. Kevin Crerar to the Madison Fire Protection District for a term ending May 1, 2027.
