Recommended Action

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
A draft ordinance has been prepared for the Board of Supervisors' consideration to address ongoing residential complaints from nuisances associated with late night use of amplified sound equipment. The ordinance authorizes administrative fines for unauthorized late night use of amplified sound. If adopted, the ordinance would add Chapter 20 to Title 5 of the Yolo County Code of Ordinances.
The ordinance has been removed from the agenda and will return to the Board at a later date for future consideration.
