Recommended Action

Approve four-year agreement through June 30, 2027 with the Yolo County Supervising Attorneys Association.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

The County has reached a tentative agreement with the Yolo County Supervising Attorneys Association and the resulting Memorandum of Understanding is included as Attachment A. This agreement would provide:
  • A 0.79% equity adjustment and a 2% COLA effective July 1, 2023; 3% COLA effective July 1, 2024; 3% COLA effective July 1, 2025; 2% COLA effective July 1, 2026
  • A one-time technology allowance
  • Addition of Cesar Chavez Day and Juneteenth as paid holidays
