- Authorize the District Attorney to sign the lease addendum.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
The Yolo County District Attorney and Neal D Peart entered into a lease (Agreement #14-239) on October 2014 for space B-1, which is located at 414 4th Street, Woodland, CA 95695. Over time this lease agreement has been amended (Agreement #15-136 on September 2015, Agreement #17-234 on September 2017, Agreement #18-10 on January 23, 2018, Agreement #20-174 on July 7, 2020, and Agreement #21-13 on January 26, 2021) to allow for expansion into space B-4, which is a storage area and B-3 which is adjacent for B-1. This addendum extending the lease allows the DA Fraud units to remain in their current location through January 31, 2027 with an option to extend the lease through January 31, 3030.
The District Attorney anticipated the extension to the lease and included cost in the DA's FY23/27 adopted budget.
