Recommended Action
- Approve the recruitment proposal and service agreement with Bob Murray & Associates to provide recruitment services for the vacant position of County Administrator in an amount not to exceed twenty-eight thousand dollars ($28,000); and
- Authorize the Director of Human Resources to sign the agreement.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
The Board of Supervisors accepted the resignation of the current County Administrator at the September 24, 2024 meeting. The county has utilized Bob Murray & Associates for multiple successful executive recruitments in the past. Based upon this background and the firm's knowledge of Yolo County, Bob Murray & Associates will be utilized to fill this critical vacancy.
