A. Acknowledge and thank the following for their service:
  1. Kazys Shukis from the Aviation Advisory Committee. (Term expired)
  2. Joel Larsen from the Aviation Advisory Committee - At Large. (Term expired)
  3. Dirk Brazil from the Cannabis Tax Citizen's Oversight Committee. (Term expired)
  4. Christine M. Ellis from the Esparto General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Committee. (Term expiring)
  5. Monica Burns from the Esparto General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Committee. (Term expiring)
  6. Teresa Conrique Borrego from the Knights Landing General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Committee. (Term expired)
  7. Maria Simas from the Local Behavioral Health Board. (Term expiring)
B. Accept the following resignation:

C. Approve the following appointments:

D. Approve the following re-appointments:
