Subject

Accept resignations, consider appointments and reappointments.

Recommended Action

A. Acknowledge and thank the following for their service:
  1. Richard Yeung from the Elkhorn Fire Protection District. (Term expired)
  2. John Tan from the Health Council. (Term expires 1/31/22)

B. Accept the resignation from Stephanie Chavez from the Library Advisory Board.

C. Approve the following appointments:
  1. Katherine McCoy Dossa to the Yolo County Assessment Appeals Board as a permanent member for a term ending September 3, 2023.
  2. Dirk Brazil to the Cannabis Tax Citizen's Oversight Committee representing District 2 for a term ending January 11, 2024.
  3. Babs Sandeen to the Yolo County Local Mental Health Board representing District 1 for a term ending January 31, 2023.
  4. Inesita Arce to the Yolo County Local Mental Health Board representing District 2 for a term ending January 31, 2025.
  5. Clara Nabity to the North Davis Meadows County Service Area for a term ending January 31, 2026.

D. Approve the following re-appointments:
  1. Carol Grein to the Capay Cemetery District for a term ending January 5, 2026.
  2. Greta Eoff to the Community Services Action Board representing District 5 for a term ending December 31, 2025.
  3. Susan Cooper to the Esparto General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2024.
  4. Pat Moore-Pickett and Michelle Famula to the Health Council as At-large Members for terms ending January 31, 2024.
  5. Charles Mack, Hope Welton and Randall Blake to the Yolo County Law Library Board of Trustees for terms ending January 2023.
  6. Joan Kingrey to the Wild Wings County Service Area for a term ending January 31, 2026.
  7. Charles Maltese to the Wild Wings County Service Recreation/Golf Advisory Subcommittee for a term ending January 31, 2026.
  8. Christopher Long to the Zamora Fire Protection District for a term ending January 1, 2026.
