Conduct Strategic Planning Session: the purpose of this session is to provide an update on 2020-2025 Strategic Plan efforts and gather feedback on proposed alterations to the Strategic Plan, particularly related to the topics of broadband and infrastructure associated with roads and bridges.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

Annually the Board holds a Strategic Planning Session for the purpose of reviewing progress related to the Strategic Plan and providing an opportunity for Board feedback. The purpose of this Strategic Planning session is to provide an update on 2020-2025 Strategic Plan efforts and gather feedback on proposed alterations to the Strategic Plan, particularly related to the topics of broadband and infrastructure, specifically focusing on capturing federal and state dollars to leverage locally for long-term investments for Yolo County residents, businesses, and visitors.
