Recommended Action
Approve the following changes related to Board Ad Hoc Subcommittees:
- Update name and scope for the Community Corrections Partnership/Criminal Justice Issues Ad Hoc
- Update scope for the Tribal Ad Hoc
- Update scope for the Cannabis Regulation Ad Hoc

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
At the December 14, 2022 Board Governance Session as part of the 2022 Board Assignment Review process, staff was asked to update scopes of the CCP/Criminal Justice, Tribal and Cannabis Regulation Ad Hoc Board Subcommittee Scopes to align with current needs and role of the Ad Hoc Board Subcommittees.

Staff has collaborated County Counsel, CCP/Criminal Justice Issues Ad Hoc Board Subcommittee, Tribal Board Ad Hoc Board Subcommittee and Cannabis Regulation Ad Hoc Board Subcommittee.
