- Authorize the Director of General Services to sign and record the Notice of Completion.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
Cairo Builder completed the roof improvement project for the Department of Community Services, Fleet Building at 294 Beamer Street, Woodland, on November 1, 2021 in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. The Board of Supervisors' acceptance of the work, and authorization for the Director of General Services to record the Notice of Completion (see Attachment A), will allow the Project to be closed out and final payment to be made to the contractor. Additional background information on the project can be found in the last document submitted to the Yolo County Board of Supervisors (see Attachment B) on May 18, 2021.
