Recommended Action
Adopt resolution to waive the fees for purchase of election information reports for the League of Women Voters of California Education Fund for the 2022-2024 election cycles and authorize the Registrar of Voters to perform all activities required to provide the election information reports to the League of Women Voters.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
Yolo County voters can access their ballot information on the Voter's Edge website maintained by the League of Women Voters California Education Fund (LWVCEF). Voter's Edge is a valuable nonpartisan resource for Yolo County voters and candidates. To provide accurate information for Yolo County, the LWVCEF needs to obtain election information reports that are routine, do not contain any confidential information, and cost $130.00 each. The report titles are listed in Attachment C and are, in general, precinct-to-voting district-to street address cross-references. The services provided by the LWVCEF meet or exceed the conditions of comparable value. The Election's office must obtain the Board of Supervisor's approval to waive this fee.
